At memoryexpress we're committed to getting you the best price for your purchases. If memoryexpress lowers our price within 15 days of your purchase we will gladly refund the difference to you.
Über Price Beat Guarantee
memoryexpress will not only beat any authorized Canadian retailer/etailer's price, we'll beat it by 10% of the difference, and if you find a better price within 15 days of purchase we'll beat that too!
How it Works:
Step #1:
Find a lower advertised price from an authorized Canadian dealer.
Step #2:
Visit your local memoryexpress retail store and provide proof of the lower advertised price.

Visit memoryexpress.com and order online... Add an item to your cart and proceed to the Online Checkout page, on the item you wish to price beat click the Price Beat Request button. In the Price Beat Request box enter the website URL and price for the desired price beat then click Update Request.
Step #3:
We verify that the item is in-stock and available for immediate sale at the advertised price. We will then beat that price by 10% of the difference before taxes!
* Please allow up to 24 hours for price beat verification. For price beat requests done while our competitor is closed, we will verify that the item is in-stock and available for sale the next day at 9:00am MST/MDT or whenever the competitor is open for business. If you place your order online and it does not qualify for the requested price beat you will be contacted regarding your price beat request.
So what's the catch?
There is a limit of 2 (two) Über Price Beats per item, per customer, however; if our Competitor's price is limited to only 1 (One) per customer then the limit for price beating that item will be 1 (One) per customer as well. Any items purchased over the Über Price Beat Limit will be sold at regular price. Both memoryexpress & its Competitor must have stock at the time of price beat. It's only available on items regularly stocked at memoryexpress and items must be the exact same model, part number, year, colour and condition. Items must be new, factory sealed, & subject to manufacturer's warranty in Canada. Competitors must be in Canada and priced in Canadian Dollars. Products must also be shipped from within Canada. Cannot be used with any other promotion and does not apply to advertising errors, misprints, bundles, rebates (Including Mail-in-Rebates), coupons / promo codes, special educational prices, club or group buying prices, restricted offers, location restricted or in-store only offers, mail order offers, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited quantity or limited time offers, minimum quantity offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, marketplace / third party resellers, auction or clearance sites such as eBay, defunct businesses (NCIX, etc;) and special financing offers.
Our Über Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to manufacturer's websites.
Due to marketing agreements, we can only MATCH prices for products sold directly by the manufacturer on their own website.
There is no Price Protection / Über Price Beat Guarantee for Black Friday / Black Friday Week / Cyber Monday / Boxing Day / Boxing Week, or Grand Opening doorcrashers / weekly sales. Resellers do not qualify for purchases under our Über Price Beat Guarantee.
