Agree with previous reviewer, don't buy.

Strengths:

None, looks nice I guess.

Additional Comments:

I've only had this unit for a little over a month. Had constant disconnect issues when set up as an AIMesh node, it didn't matter how close I moved it to my router. Yesterday it decided it just doesn't want to work anymore at all. It won't go through it's boot sequence despite multiple attempts to factory reset it. It's just a nice white paperweight with antennae now. Sounds like RMA on it isn't going to be a quick process either. I'd stay away.

Utter piece of garbage

Strengths:

- None.

Weaknesses:

- Highly inconsistent during AiMesh setup - Setting it up as a repeater doesn't always share the Internet connection properly. - Firmware updates haven't improved anything. - Hard to set up a stable connection for other devices the Ethernet port. - When in wireless AiMesh mode, the Ethernet port does nothing.

Additional Comments:

I've had this piece of garbage for close to a year. It is probably the worst piece of network equipment I've dealt with. I had very simple expectations from it: I wanted it to connect to my AiMesh network and share the connection with some wired devices I had in my basement via its ethernet port. Turned out that was wishful thinking. First of all, making it work in AiMesh mode is a nightmare. It would fail multiple times for no obvious reasons, so I would have to reset it every time and try again until it inexplicably connects. The biggest issue for me is that when it is in AiMesh mode, the ethernet port is completely non-functional for the purpose of connecting wired devices. On the other hand, when I set it up as a repeater, the ethernet port works, but very unreliably, and the internet does not always get shared properly. Do not buy.
