Mr.

Strengths:

1.) Build quality is superb. 2.) Four 120 mm fans, three of them RGB. 3.) The case looks great, especially when you see it up close. 4.) Good size. 5.) There's little chance of the glass panel being dropped when it is removed. 6.) 2 x front USB 3.2 gen. 1 ports. 7.) This case doesn't feel heavy for a case of this quality. 8.) The front cover can be removed and there aren't any wires attached to it.

Weaknesses:

The weaknesses are very minor compared to the strengths of this case. 1.) Specs lack detail about the 4 chassis fans that come standard with the case. 2.) The case is furnished with 2 x mounting plates for 2.5" SSD drives, but there are 4 locations where these could be used. 3.) Some might like the look of the strap on the front of the case, others not. I don't. 4.) My CPU cooler is 169 mm high, the manufacturer's specification states that this height restriction is 160mm.

Additional Comments:

I bought this case today and have only just opened it up to inspect it. So far I'm impressed with it and very pleased with the purchase. The case just looks so much nicer unboxed than it does in the pictures in the ads! The fit and finish is top notch and the quality is obvious. I was looking at getting something more affordable, but now I'm very pleased I went for this level of case instead. 1.) The initial impression is that the build quality is superb. I haven't started the build yet, so I'll have to see if my impression changes at all. 2.) Four 120 mm fans, three of them RGB, are included and there's room for more. 3.) The case looks great, especially when you see it up close. 4.) Good size. I've worked in slightly smaller cases before so this should be perfect. I like that there aren't any external ODD and HDD bays above the PSU shroud which makes for a roomy and clean case inside. 5.) The frameless glass side panel fixes with 2 x captive thumb screws and slides on just like most regular steel side panels do, so there's little chance of the glass panel being dropped when it is removed. 6.) 2 x front USB 3.2 gen. 1 ports. Some other alternative cases still have USB 2.0 or only a single USB 3.0 port. 7.) The case mass is 7.2 kg and yet it is solid. This case doesn't feel heavy for a case of this quality. 8.) The front I/O ports are not on the front cover. The front cover can be removed and there aren't any wires attached to it. 1.) The case specifications lack detail about the 4 chassis fans that come standard with the case. What is the fan model, what is the rpm they run at and what is the airflow? I have spent 3 hours online now and still haven't been able to find that information, except that in one review the fans are said to run at 1400 rpm. The ASUS website doesn't provide this information and doesn't seem to support a 'live chat' feature so you can ask the questions. It might be different if I try this at a different hour. 2.) The case is furnished with 2 x mounting plates for 2.5" SSD drives, but there are 4 locations where these could be used. It is such a hassle and silly cost to get more of these. Personally I would easily forgo the HDD cage/slots for more SSD mounting locations and mounting plates. 3.) Some might like the look of the strap on the front of the case, others not. I don't and fortunately it removes easily, so it's not much of a weakness, but I would have liked if the cost of the strap were put into something else, perhaps an extra SSD mounting plate! 4.) My CPU cooler is 169 mm high. In the manufacturer's specification it states that this height restriction is 160mm. I hope my 169 mm cooler will fit in this case anyway. It fits in my previous case which has the same outer dimension between case sides. I plan to update my review when the build is complete and the system has been run to see how well the cooling works.
