Strengths:
Modular, Black cables, quiet, stable
Weaknesses:
Has a green LED on the back that could annoy some people.
Additional Comments:
Awesome power supply. Is really quiet, though I admit I have only ever encountered a loud power supply when they are pushed to their limits. I love that the VGA cables DO NOT have that little daisy chain connector on them. So people who don't know won't have to worry about overloading their VGA cables, and you don't have to worry about trying to hid them.

Strengths:
Lots of power • No weird hums • "Eco" mode is great when it works.
Weaknesses:
• Daisy Chained PCI-E Power cables • "Eco" mode overall is not good
Additional Comments:
First off overall this unit is great at its JOB, delivery clean efficient power. Now onto my two gripes.
1 - Daisy chained PCI-E Power, it still delivers the power well enough however with new cards requiring 3 PCI-E power connectors it means that you now have a nice new friend hanging out by your video card, you can try to tuck him away but he's still there. Or you have multiple's if you refuse to use daisy chains (or you have to go get custom replacements).
2 - Eco mode overall is kinda dumb. It's great if your going to chill and watch a movie or something but other that it's kinda useless. I found that in most cases even some light 2d platformers were enough to make this thing play hopscotch on the on/off line. So every few minutes you can hear the fans spin on for a few moments then kick off. I've found it's less noisy and way less distracting to just leave Eco mode off.
