Strengths:
I purchased this for a remote worker to use at home... The box didn't include an hdmi cable she said. Very frustrating.
But once i figured out she didn't have the right cable... She stole one from her TV just to get to work... Not ideal.
But, these are difficult times for everyone. I'm not about to return it for a missing cable.
Weaknesses:

Great stuff shipped fast.
Extra resolution useful when using remote desktop software... You lose less real estate on some apps.

Strengths:
Great picture quality, well calibrated colours (for my layman use, anyhow). Works very well for what I need (mainly office work, with some very light gaming). Low-blue-light setting is great if you spend a lot of time staring at the monitor. Finally a monitor with an auto-pivot function that (almost) works like a SmartPhone.
Weaknesses:
DisplayPilot software is flaky. Touch-screen controls cause me to turn the screen off by accident whenever I try to move it. Neither are a big deal, though.
Additional Comments:
Bought three of these for my home office setup. Have them mounted on monitor arms. Very impressed by the picture quality. AutoPivot requires a compatible video card - USB3 docks don't work, however the one monitor I am usually flipping back and forth to portrait mode works well. Overall, great monitors!

Strengths:
1440p on a 24 inch is razor sharp.
BenQ DisplayPilot software (download the latest from their website instead of using the CD) lets you calibrate the monitor and control all the settings easier than using the buttons.
Great contrast, colors, & gamma.
Weaknesses:
None yet.
Additional Comments:
If you are shopping for a great IPS - style monitor, like the Asus ProArt Series, or Dell Ultrasharp Series, save yourself the time & money and buy this monitor.
