Poor quality. Don't bother

Strengths:

It's adjustable and pretty quiet when it doesn't start to endlessly rattle.

Weaknesses:

Build quality is poor, it won't last a year under normal usage. Non adjustable fan speed. Doesn't run fast enough to really have a significant effect on cooling.

Additional Comments:

Really a poor quality product all around. It's lifespan is very low, almost no features and while it achieves some cooling it is far from effective. Save your money.

Do not buy - false advertising and does not work as expected.

Strengths:

It makes a good stand.

Weaknesses:

- fan has a rattle to it, sounding like it needs to be replaced - no variable speed control - does not detect in the OS, which means Speedfan does not recognize it - is not really a hub as 1 of its 2 USB ports is required to power the device

Additional Comments:

I'm not sure I will be able to get over the sound of the fan. I am greatly disappointed that I cannot control the speed of the fan as it states "700-1400rpm" and there is no way to take advantage of this. Comes with a cord. I tried it in both USB ports and the system does not detect the fan. It is strictly for powering the fan. Cheap solution maybe - depending on where your cooling vents are the fan may not be effective nor generate enough output to make a difference.
