Mic and speaker stopped working after few month of infrequent use. They probably cheap out on the cable .....

Tried go through warranty process with asus. They claimed the warranty is expired before my purchase, ended up jumping hoops to send them my proof my purchase. After that, apparently their site is broken and I cant create RMA request. Jump another set of hops and you will need to find the department that do RMA. Then was told there is a "System update" that the RMA cannot be done at this time.... 4 hours completely wasted, ended up getting another headset instead.

Keeps the volume inside the headset so I don't have to hear my kids playing games I dislike.

The kids yell into the mic cause they can't hear the outside world

Worth the money

I can't hear my wife yelling at me or the kids bothering me, SO i am happy with them. The mic is good when its angled correctly and like a cm from your mouth.
