Strengths:
My girlfriend picked one of these for her system based purely on looks and it does look great. It handles the 1700k no problem without making any noise.
Additional Comments:
It made a great reduction in the overall noise switching to this from a tower cooler. Also the RGB works off a standard argb header with no need for annoying extra software and special connectors.

Horrible Fans, Fans don't appear to be sold anywhere else individually, Loud pump, Lousy RMA process
Strengths:
Nothing, just a standard AIO
Weaknesses:
The MSI fans that come with the AIO are awful, they make a faint whispering / rattling noise that it quite annoying.
Also, if you wanted to get an exact replacement if one fan is extra loud, there doesn't seem to be anywhere you can get the exact same fans, they come with the AIO only.
Finally, the pump is quite loud when running at full speed, needs to be taken down to 75% or lower if you want it quiet.
(Have to find replacement fans in the meantime if you want to use the system while RMAing a fan)

Would not recommend.
