Strengths:
- It's lasted over 8 years now
- Never a problem with speed in that time
- Looks like it belongs as part of an entertainment center (where mine is now)
Weaknesses:
- Power cord could be a little longer
- Updated LEDs (like white or blue) would give it a more updated look
Additional Comments:
A solid and decent looking switch for home use.

Strengths:
Solid, fast, switch.
Weaknesses:
None
Additional Comments:
Five years down the road and I don't even remember restarting the switch, which is a good thing considering its buried behind the TV/Home Theater stand.
Stands up to traffic from iptv, WDTV (x2), a pair of squeezeboxes and 3 Nas boxes 3 PC's, and more without batting an eye.
I doubt there is a better switch for the money.

Additional Comments:
Just like the 1005G, fast and reliable. I had a Telus installer for Optik shaking his head because my TV service runs across my home data network with no problems.
Very good switches for not much money.
