Strengths:

Exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble. Pump included. Comfortable!

Weaknesses:

No height adjustment, could have some sitting too low for their keyboard / mouse.

Additional Comments:

If you want to improve your posture whilst at the computer, this is the right chair. It's the perfect companion to a height-adjustable desk.
