Strengths:
For its price and performance, Its a big thumbs up. It cools CPU faster than stock coolers. I recommend this for begginer builder out there who don't want to spend a lot for new build PC's.
Weaknesses:
For now, i cannot find one. But sure, I'll update this post if I find one.
Additional Comments:
Its a very well designed cooler for its price and performance as well. Good job Arctic team.

Strengths:
-Very quiet
-Performs well (with reasonable expectations of course)
-Easy to install
-Looks nice
-Not too tall for smaller cases
Weaknesses:
-Thermal paste is preapplied with no extra in case of mess-ups
Additional Comments:
This is a great budget cooler for the money that does a great job if you don't need anything extreme and just want a quiet PC with good temps under normal load. The fan is barely audible even at 100%. On a PC with an FX-6300 with a mild OC to 4.1, by no means a cool-running CPU, the cooler has no problem handling it. Compared to my previous "upgrade" cooler which was the beefier stock AMD unit with heatpipes from my old Phenom (the all-aluminum one that comes with the 6300 is definitely not adequate for it's 125W TDP) I saw a few degrees drop in temperatures under load with the same fan curve but more importantly the PC no longer had to sound like a leaf blower.
